With our expertise in clinical psychology and our management consulting experience, we founded Senscia to bridge the gap between business and human behavior by integrating logic and intuition in ways other management consultants can’t. 

Our name, a combination of the Latin sens (to feel) and sci (to know), reflects our commitment to helping you solve complex business and leadership challenges with both analytical rigor and emotional intelligence so you can drive outcomes while honoring the people behind them.
