Lucienne Lunn, J.D, PsyD

Drawing on her interdisciplinary training, Lucienne partners with leaders to pinpoint critical areas of focus and develop actionable strategies to strengthen their impact. She has a passion for helping diverse teams tap into their strengths to overcome challenges in evolving business contexts. Her pragmatic approach to coaching empowers executives to effectively engage with colleagues to achieve their goals.

Before she joined the Senscia Team, Lucienne was based in New York City, providing leadership development services to clients in financial services, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, manufacturing, and other business sectors. Earlier in her career, worked in a variety of mental health settings, collaborated with remote research teams on academic publications, did legal work abroad, and performed with a touring orchestra.

Lucienne is a Board Certified Coach (BCC) with additional certifications in assessment (Hogan, Center for Creative Leadership, Kaiser) and alternative dispute resolution (STAR Mediation). She earned bachelor’s degrees in psychology and music performance from the University of Maryland, and graduate degrees in clinical psychology (MA, PsyD) and law (JD) from Widener University.
