Caleb Morfit, PsyD, MBA

From early in his professional life, Caleb has been interested in helping people grow beyond their own expectations. With over a decade of experience advising global organizations, he brings both psychological depth and practical insight to the work of leadership development. His coaching is built on a core belief: even the most capable leaders have both blind spots and untapped potential. Whether it’s navigating a transition, managing complex team dynamics, or leading at scale, Caleb helps clients see patterns more clearly, access new strategies, and lead with greater clarity and impact.

Before becoming a member of the Senscia team, Caleb served as Senior Director of Global Assessment Strategy at The Coca-Cola Company, where he led enterprise-wide efforts to evaluate, select, and develop leadership talent. Earlier in his career, he delivered coaching, assessment, and subject matter expertise at Deloitte, Vanguard, and Kaisen, in industries including hospitality, pharmaceuticals, finance, and manufacturing.

Caleb is certified in Hogan Assessments, the MSCEIT (Emotional Intelligence), Adept-15, and maintains an active connection with APA’s Division of Consulting Psychology (Division 13). He earned a BA in psychology from Bard College, and a PsyD and MBA from Widener University. He is currently pursuing certification through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) in an effort to hone his skills and expand his resources to help leaders excel.
