Aly Goldstein, PhD, MBA

Aly combines her background in psychology and executive leadership with a strategic approach to executive coaching. She is known for her collaborative and insightful coaching style, engaging clients in reflection and practical goal setting to help them unlock their full potential and reach their goals. Her approach is characterized by a commitment to fostering growth, resilience, and high performance, guiding leaders to navigate complex challenges and drive meaningful change within their organizations.

Aly transitioned to Senscia after serving as COO/Co-Founder of On The Goga, where she led strategic initiatives and cross-functional teams, resulting in a 467% revenue increase over four years. She excels in enhancing operational efficiency, building high-performing teams, and aligning business objectives with strategic interventions. Prior to On The Goga, Dr. Aly was an executive coach and ed-tech product development consultant, and has held roles as a child/family therapist, school psychologist, and adjunct professor.

Aly received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Bates College in Lewiston, ME, and her Psy.D in Clinical Psychology and Master of Business Administration from Widener University, located outside of Philadelphia.
